Hi, I'm Dr. Matt Sharples — a chiropractic physician and 52-year-old who finally stopped believing that managed decline was all there was after 50.

At 317 pounds and newly diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2024, I realized years of neglect had caught up to me. The old approaches that worked in my 20s and 30s no longer applied. My metabolism, hormones, recovery, and sleep had all changed.

I discovered that men over 50 need a completely different strategy. Real results come from combining smart nutrition, intelligent training, quality sleep, proper supplementation, and removing hidden toxins that quietly destroy your hormones.

This isn't theory — I've lived it. I've lost over 100 pounds, reversed my diabetes, and feel better now in my 50s than I did in my 40s.
